Fully automatic compressing and bagging production line is an integrated packaging solution specifically engineered to suit your requirement. It can achieve high-speed unmanned operation including feeding. compression, bag sealing, conveying weighing,palletizing and tray winding.
The high-speed bagging system delivers 90-120 bales per hour.The weighing device can be added as an option;Automatic bagging system can be installed optionally to achieve unmanned production such as auto baling and palletizing.
Main baler information
The product is mainly used for the compression of wood chips,wood shavings,corn silage,rice husk.cottonseed hulls,licorice, fiber corncob,straw, hay,hops,and other scraps. The bagging is completed in one go while reducing transportation cost with easy storage benefit.
Semi-automatic compression bagging machine implements PLC interface control system. The automatic compression and manual bagging/sealing deliver operational efficiency and ease of operation. The operator can choose auto or manual mode for material automatic bagging system can be added as an option.
