Vane Air Pressure Oil Filter
1.Before the all-in-one machine operates, check that sealing rings, filter elements, filter cloth and rubber strips are in good condition and electrical buttons are effective. Ensure gland is locked, inlet valve's air release valve is closed and its main oil outlet is open.
2.Crude oil is roughly filtered by a 2mm strainer. Insert oil suction pipe into crude oil (temp not lower than 60ºC). Turn on oil pump switch to input crude oil into filter barrel. Pressure generates and filtration starts when enough crude oil is in.
3.  When filtered crude oil is used up, turn off oil pump switch and inlet valve. Turn on air pump switch and inlet valve. Compressed gas filters with pressure not exceeding 0.4Mpa. When a lot of air comes out of main oil outlets, turn off main oil outlet. It shows crude oil is filtered. Open main oil delivery valves for cleaning. If filter residue is not too thick, next batch can be filtered. When filter cloth residue is over 8mm thick or filtration is slow, clean residue before normal filtration.
