LL series vertical centrifugal dehydrator
LL series vertical centrifugal dehydrator is mainly used for the dehydration of fine clean coal and fine middling coal in Coal preparation plant, as well as for solid-liquid separation of other similar materials. When the feed particle size is 0.5-25mm and the feed moisture is less than 30%, the external moisture content of the product is 5-9%. The processing capacity of the centrifuge varies greatly depending on the coal quality and particle size composition of the feed. Generally speaking, an increase in fine particles in the feed results in a decrease in processing capacity and an increase in product moisture.
