The rubber belt vacuum filter uses filter cloth as the filter medium, and is a separation device that makes full use of material gravity and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation. The integral annular rubber belt is used as the vacuum chamber. The ring-shaped belt is driven by the motor to run continuously, and the filter cloth is laid on the belt to run synchronously with it, and the belt contacts the ring-shaped friction belt on the vacuum slide table to form a water seal.

The integral annular rubber belt is used as the vacuum chamber. The ring-shaped belt is driven by the motor to run continuously, and the filter cloth is laid on the belt to run synchronously with it, and the belt contacts the ring-shaped friction belt on the vacuum slide table to form a water seal. The slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by the distributor. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum suction filter area is formed on the tape, and the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and collects through the transverse grooves on the tape, and enters the vacuum chamber through small holes, and the solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through the steam-water separator. With the movement of the rubber belt, the formed filter cake enters the filter cake washing area and the drying area successively. The filter cloth is separated from the belt, and the filter cake is discharged at the discharge roller. . The filter cloth unloaded from the filter cake is regenerated after being cleaned, and then re-enters the filter area after passing through a set of support rollers and deviation correction devices, and starts a new filter cycle.
