Product Description

Column robot is widely used for palletizing and handling in packaging industries such as bags, drums and boxes. The equipment adopts robot control system to realize linear interpolation from point to point, which can make the movement smooth and smooth. The teaching device controls the movement of the industrial robot through the functions of keying and display, which enables the operator to realize the teaching control of the movement of the positioner smoothly. The stacking type can be stored in advance and added later, which can be flexibly operated, and the stacking of the bag products can be completed according to the required grouping method and number of layers during work. Working process:

The operation flow of the column robot stacker is that the packaged materials are sent to the stacking area for positioning by the conveyor, and the column robot moves the fixture directly above the material positioning through the cooperation of each shaft. When the material positioning signal is sent out, the fixture is controlled to move downwards by the servo motor, that is, when the downward movement of the Z axis reaches the height of the material clamped by the fixture, the Z axis stops descending, the fixture is opened, the material is clamped, the servo motor of the Z axis rotates reversely, and after the fixture is raised to a safe height, the material is sent to the upper part of the stacking position through the preset program of the customer. When the Z-axis descends, the material will reach the placement point. At this time, the fixture will be opened, and the material will be coded into the specified position. Repeat the above actions. After the whole drag is palletized, the buzzer will give an alarm to remind you that palletizing has been completed. Forklift will transport the palletized pallet away, put it into a new pallet and reciprocate again.
