The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine follows the principles of force and water in the same direction, thin layer dehydration, appropriate pressure and extended dehydration path, which solves the problem that previous generations of sludge dewatering equipment are easy to block and cannot handle low-concentration sludge and oily sludge , high energy consumption, complex operation and other technical problems, and achieved the dehydration goal of high efficiency and energy saving. The dehydrator can realize high-efficiency flocculation under the condition of fully automatic operation, and continuously complete the work of sludge concentration and pressing and dehydration, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate. Widely used in municipal sewage treatment projects and water treatment systems in food, starch, oil, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper, leather and other industries.
Structural principle
The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine integrates a fully automatic control cabinet, a flocculation conditioning tank, a sludge thickening and dewatering body and a liquid collection tank. The main body is a filtering device formed by stacking a fixed ring and a moving ring, and a helical shaft runs through it. The front section is the concentration section, and the back section is the dehydration section. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the floating ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually become smaller from the enrichment part to the dehydration part, and the screw shaft continuously drives the ring to clean the filter gap to prevent clogging. The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the sludge from the thickening part to the dewatering part at the same time, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a huge internal pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
1. Strong ability to resist oily sludge, easy to separate, no clogging
The dewatering body of the screw stacked sludge dewatering machine is formed in a filter cylinder structure formed by overlapping a fixed ring and a moving ring, and the screw shaft runs through it. While conveying the sludge, the stacked rotary shaft pushes the swimming ring to make a circular motion, which has the function of automatically cleaning the filter seam. Especially for oily sludge with strong viscosity, it has indisputable advantages compared with traditional dewatering machines. The dehydration part of the dehydrator is blocked during operation, which will hinder the discharge of the filtrate, and the dehydration performance will be greatly reduced.
