Working principle
Stacked screw sludge dehydrator integrates automatic control cabinet, flocculation and conditioning tank, sludge concentration and dewatering body and liquid collection tank. The main body is a filter device formed by the fixed ring and the swimming ring layered on top of each other, and the spiral shaft runs through it. The front section is the concentration section and the rear section is the dehydration section. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the swimming ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually shrink from the concentration part to the dewatering part, and the spiral shaft continuously drives the ring to clean the filter gap to prevent blockage. The rotation of the screw shaft not only pushes the sludge from the concentration part to the dewatering part, and under the blocking action of the back pressure plate, it generates great internal pressure, and the volume is continuously reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of full dewatering.
