The filter chamber is made of filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.
 

Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, dyes, food, brewing, ceramics and environmental protection industries. Filter press by a number of filter plates and filter frame combined to form a filter chamber, and pressure as the driving force of the filter.

Structure diagram
1.Filter press consists of frame, filter plate, pressing system (manual, mechanical or hydraulic) and electric control cabinet.
2.Frame consists of base, push plate, tail plate and girder and supports the pressing device and filter plates.
3.Filter plates are installed on girder between tail plate and push plate, with filter cloth sandwiched in them.
