Carbonized wood is put into a relatively closed environment, high temperature (180-230 ºC) treatment, and get a part of the carbon characteristics of the wood, and is called carbonized wood.

2) Enhanced moisture resistance
After charring treatment, the moisture-absorbent hemicellulose is degraded, so that the moisture-absorbent and water-absorbent properties of the wood are reduced.
3) Improved dimensional stability and less deformation
After charring, the hygroscopicity and internal stress of the wood decreases significantly, which greatly reduces the wet swelling, dry shrinkage and warping and deformation of the wood caused by the moisture change in the process of using.
4) Beautiful and durable color, consistent inside and outside, and can simulate the color of valuable tree species.
