Feed mixer (TMR) is suitable for a variety of pastures, can mix a variety of hay, silage feed and other fiber feed and mixed feeding directly. The machine can reduce the labor intensity of artificial feeding, save feeding costs, improve economic efficiency. The TMR feed mixer can increase the dry matter intake, increase the milk production, improve milk quality, reduce the incidence of dairy cattle, increase feed utilization, save feed costs, and provide labor productivity.
Work Principle:
Vertical full-mixing dietary mixer is mainly composed of one or two screw-shaped, and the spiral twisted dragon is divided into upper and lower spin.
During the mixing and stirring, the material from both ends of the box at the same time all directions to the middle of the mixer peeling stirring.
Each helix of the screwdriver is equipped with a moving blade to cut the fixed tooth at the position of the center line of the feed mixer, and cut and agitate all kinds of fibrous forages and stalks passed through, so as to achieve the complete mixing and crushing and dietary feeding effect.

Vertical TMR Mixer
According to the different grass grinding lengths, the production efficiency can reach 3-15 tons per hour, and for grain grinding like corns, it can reach 40-70 tons per hour.
