Product introduction
Solid particles are trapped in filter chambers form into cakes, while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth. To wash the press cakes, washing water can be introduced through the washing port in the tail Plate. In similar manner, to drying the press cakes, compressed air can be introduced through the washing port.

Specification
The filter system of the diaphragm compressor consists of a filter plate, filter cloth, and squeezing diaphragm plate, and the filter plate is covered by filter cloth. The filter material enters the filter room from the feed hole. The solid particles are intercepted in the filter room because the pores that are greater than the filter cloth, and the filter liquid is discharged from the outlet hole below the filter plate. When the filter cake needs to be squeezed out, in addition to squeezing with a diaphragm, the air or steam can also be compressed. It can be passed from the washing port
Structure diagram
1.Filter press consists of frame, filter plate, pressing system (manual, mechanical or hydraulic) and electric control cabinet.
2.Frame consists of base, push plate, tail plate and girder and supports the pressing device and filter plates.
3.Filter plates are installed on girder between tail plate and push plate, with filter cloth sandwiched in them.
