Product description
The filter chamber is made of filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.
Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical,metallurgy,dyes,food,brewing ceramics and environmental protection industries. Filter press by a number of filter plates and filter frame combined to form a filter chamber, and pressure as the driving force of the filter.

Design features of production

Membrane filter press plate by the diaphragm plate and the chamber arrangement of the composition filter chamber,the conveying pump slurry under pressure to enter the filter chamber through the filter media (filter cloth) in the slurry of solid and liquid separation, when the slurry in the solid form after the cake ,again through the diaphragm into the air ,the filter press room full of solid, lower moisture content.
