The SYD filter press feed pump is a new generation filter press feed pump developed by our company based on the SYA filter press feed pump, combined with feedback from users in various industries.
This series of pumps adopts an axial suction and radial discharge design structure, which has advantages such as strong suction lift, smooth feeding, novel structure, and leak free sealing. There are various sealing types to choose from, such as packing seal, containerized single end mechanical seal, and built-in water tank containerized double end mechanical seal.

 

This pump has a simple structure and is easy to install and disassemble. Compared with the SYA type pump, it completely solves the problems of installation and maintenance difficulties, easy air intake at the sealing area, and easy blockage of the feed pump body due to the lack of suction head. It is widely used in the feeding of filter presses in industries such as coal washing, smelting, aluminum plants, and mineral processing.
