Product description
1.The filter chamber is made of filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.
2.Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, dyes, food, brewing, ceramics and environmental protection industries. Filter press by a number of filter plates and filter frame combined to form a filter chamber, and pressure as the driving force of the filter.
Principle
1 In operation, the pressing device(cylinder piston rod or screw) drives the push plate to press the filter plates and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate.Filter chambers are formed between pressed filter plates and materials get into The filter chambers through the feeding port in tail plate.Solid particles are trapped in filter chambers form into cakes,while liquid is discharged out of the machine through press cake and filter cloth. To wash the press cakes,washing water can be introduced through the washing port in the tail Plate. In similar manner, to drying the press cakes, compressed air can be introduced through the washing port.
