GYTSL Series two shaft shredder(large type)
Large two shaft shredder usually adopts planetary reducer , which has the advantages of low speed high torque, high stability, long service life, etc. Large double shaft crusher has larger feeding size , stronger trafficability, higher efficiency can effectively tear up large materials and high-strength materials and adopts German standard spline connection mode, with large transmission torque, high positioning accuracy, uniform force and strong bearing capacity. The bearing automatic oil injection system is equipped to keep sufficient lubricating oil in the bearing, avoid bearing damage, improve bearing life and ensure stable operation of the equipment. The fixed cutter is made of wire cutting contour precision machining, which fits
more closely with the spacer sleeve. The upper and lower pressing plates are fixed and installed, which has strong interchangeability and longer service life.
