1)Drying System Working Principle
1) Vacuum drying box is a method of drying wood stacked in an airtight container under conditions below atmospheric pressure. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of water is lowered and the evaporation rate is accelerated, which can accelerate the drying speed of wood at a lower temperature.
2) In the drying process, the surface of the wood moisture to the surrounding air evaporation; internal moisture constantly moving to the surface. So to speed up the drying speed, try to speed up the movement of moisture within the wood, in order to prevent the wood due to the rapid evaporation of internal moisture, the surface of the moisture content gradient increases and triggered by the surface cracking.
3) In order to solve the problem of heating the wood when vacuum drying, break the heating of the way vacuum drying. Vacuum drying can eliminate the surface hardening and cracking phenomenon that is easy to produce in the case of atmospheric pressure drying.
4)Under low-pressure conditions, oxygen in the drying medium, less discoloration of the material caused by thermal action and oxidation, basically can maintain the natural color of the material.

1)Drying System Working Principle
During operation, fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber to generate high-temperature hot air (>180°C), which is circulated into the drying chamber by fans for wood drying. An independent steam humidification system rapidly balances internal/external moisture, preventing cracks and deformation to improve yield.
2) Intelligent Control System
Adjustable valves on air intake/exhaust ducts precisely regulate airflow and pressure.
Steam valves control spray volume, while auxiliary burners ensure stable combustion to meet phase-specific temperature requirements.
