Product Description
The Flour Process scale series products are mainly used in flour mills equipped with flour silos to measure the weightof flour entering the silo. They can also be used to calculate the flour output online or provide data feedback to trace elementadding machines. According to the size of fiour production, they are divided into multiple models such as 40L, 60L, and120L.
Technical highlights
The buffer compartment is equipped with a wind damper, which can isolate the air and effectively eliminate theimpact of negative pressure on accuracy.
Adopting LCD Chinese touch controller, equipped with standard 485 communication port, with shift counting and cumulative data output functions.
Equlpped with instantaneous flow display function, with shift calculation and cumulative function, it can query thecurrent shiftproduction volume and historical cumulative production volume install relevant fans or discharge augers in the lower buffer compartment to better ensure measurement accuracy.
