Mainly used for filter process with shortened filter cycle, high solid rate and improved filtering effects,as the latest and most practical new type filter plate.
The plate and frame filter press,recessed plate filter press and membrane filter press produced by the Company are incorporated with the filter plates in the following material: modified enhanced polypropylene filter plates, glass fiber polypropylene filter plates, rubber membrane filter plates, polypropylene membrane filter plates,cast iron filter plates, stainless steel filter plates, etc. The feeding modes can be middle feeding, corner feeding and upper middle feeding, etc. Users can select filter plates in different materials according to their requirements in production process.

 

Product Description

Filter plate is the core part of the filter press. Different materials, models and qualities of filter plate will have different affects on the filtration performance of the whole machine.Its feeding hole, filtering point distribution (filtering channel) and water discharging channels have different designs according to different materials. Filter plate adopts imported TPE elastomer and high intensity PP to make the filter plate not only has the flexibility of the rubber plate, but also has the tenacity and rigidity of the polypropylene plate,ensuring the air tightness of the filter plate during the progress of pressing.All technical indicators of filter plate strictly comply with EU standard. The maximum membrane inflation pressure of high pressure PP membrane filter plates can be up to 10Mpa, representing the most advanced level around the world.
