GY6YL-100D Oil Press Machine
The multi-stage series screw oil press produced by our company is suitable for pressing rapeseed, cottonseed, peanut, soybean, peanut kernel, flax seed, tung seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel and other plant oils. The product hopper, shield and oil pan are all made of stainless steel, with exquisite and beautiful appearance and convenient cleaning and maintenance, which meets many requirements of modern cities on environmental noise, automation and appearance. The product has small structure, strong applicability to oil, and high oil yield, which can meet the production needs with more than ten square meters. Users can save space and rent to the greatest extent.
This product uses the pressure produced by the change of the space volume of the blank (oil) in the press chamber from large to small, the driving force of the screw shaft, the resistance of the multi-disc arc curve in the press ring, the mutual extrusion friction between the blanks and other pressing forces to separate the oil from the blank and discharge it from the press ring groove in the gap of the press bar, thus completing the whole process of separating the oil from the blank.
