Product introduction

The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that utilizes the principle of screw extrusion to achieve squeezing dewatering of sludge through the strong squeezing pressure generated by changes in screw diameter and pitch, as well as the small gaps between the movable and fixed rings.

The sludge dehydrating device are mainly used to decrease water content, reduce sludge volume, and make the processing of next sludge treating step easier. The sludge dewatering machines can be usually including the following type: belt filter press, centrifugal dewatering machine, plate and frame filter press and screw type sludge dehydrator. Recently, the belt filter press is widely used in the sludge dehydrating. Structure

The main body of screw sludge dehydrator is made of multiple fixed annular plates and moveable annular plates with the screw shaft running through it. The front part is thickening department and the ending part is dewatering department. It can thicken and dewater sludge in one box, and has taken place of traditional filter clothes and centrifugal filtration method for its distinctive filter model.

Principle

Sludge will be transported to the dewatering department after being thickened in the thickening department. In the advancing process, great pressure has been produced due to the gradually decreasing filter spacing and screw distance, and the back platen clogging. Then the volume decreases continuously, and the purpose of fully dewatering will be achieved.
