The horizontal screw centrifugal dehydrator uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to separate drilling suspension. It is pushed by the blades on the spiral feeder to the slag discharge port at the small end of the drum for discharge, and the liquid phase overflows through the overflow hole at the large end of the drum. Main characteristics
The main components such as the drum are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and have undergone multiple stress relieving treatments;

The cone structure of the drum with large aspect ratio, high rotational speed, and multiple angles can be selected, and the cycloidal needle wheel, planetary gear, or hydraulic differential with heavy load and large transmission ratio can be selected. The differential speed can be automatically adjusted with changes in material concentration and flow rate;
The horizontal snail machine with BD baffle can concentrate and dehydrate various initial settling sludge and residual activated sludge in different proportions, and efficiently separate some difficult to separate materials;
Both the main motor and the differential motor adopt variable frequency control to achieve stepless speed regulation, which has a wide range of adaptability to materials and is easy to debug;
Adopting reasonable tolerance control and advanced processing technology, after multiple dynamic balancing and on-site balancing, the vibration of the bearings at both ends of the entire machine is maintained within 25mm/s after leaving the factory (national standard 7.1). After feeding, the vibration is within 5mm/s (national standard 11). Low vibration extends the service life of the bearings and reduces on-site working noise.

Structure and working principle
The equipment mainly consists of a conical drum, a straight drum, a screw feeder, a differential, a bearing seat, a feeding system, a base, a cover, a main and auxiliary motor, and an electronic control system. The main motor drives the drum, while the auxiliary motor drives the differential pulley, causing a certain difference in speed between the screw and the drum. Continuous separation of materials is carried out under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the drum. The drum and spiral rotate at a certain differential speed, and the material enters the spiral feeding chamber through the feeding pipe. After being accelerated through the fabric hole, it enters the drum. Under the centrifugal force, the heavier shield phase deposits on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The spiral feeder continuously pushes the deposited solid phase towards the cone end of the drum, and it is thrown out of the machine through the slag discharge port through the drying zone. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows from the overflow port at the large end of the drum and is discharged through the shell outlet.
