LZA vertical slurry pump

The LZA vertical slurry pump is a vertical, single stage, single suction, cantilever structure, with a semi open impeller and mixing blades at the extension of the impeller suction port. Its unique design effectively improves the pump's service life. The pump uses bearing bodies, support plates, brackets, and other components to connect the flow passage of the pump. The liquid is discharged through the outlet pipe. The main feature of the pump is that the pump shaft in the submerged part has sufficient stiffness, and there is no bearing or shaft seal between the impeller and pump casing, which is free from maintenance.

 

The length of the pump inserted into the liquid is between 800 and 2500, and an extension tube can also be equipped if needed. The transmission is connected to the pump by a vertical motor using a coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the direction of the motor. It can transport media containing high concentrations of solid particles and is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, electricity, chemical industry, smelting, coal mining, papermaking, cement, food, printing and dyeing.
